Project Overview

TalentUp is a SaaS platform that helps HR teams benchmark salaries, manage employee compensation, and understand market trends across roles, industries, and countries.

This project focused on the complete rebranding and redesign of TalentUp’s public-facing website and visual identity to better reflect its product maturity and international ambition. As the sole designer, I led the process from brand strategy to frontend implementation.

Problem Context

TalentUp had outgrown its original branding. While the product had evolved into a robust compensation intelligence platform, the company’s image still reflected its startup origins. The visual identity lacked structure, polish, and strategic intent.

On top of that, the existing website was outdated, difficult to maintain, and failed to communicate value to potential clients.

Web Structure & UX

We began by mapping a new Information Architecture in Miro, aligning pages and flows with the new strategic messaging and SEO objectives.

Then, in Figma, I built a design system from scratch, adapting Preline (Tailwind) as a base. I designed reusable components, including buttons, cards, headers, banners, and forms.
